Criminal record certificate for USA

A client contacted me who is a citizen of Ukraine and is currently residing in Georgia on a work visa in 2025. She authorized me through a power of attorney to request a criminal record certificate on her behalf. This certificate is required for her U.S. visa application.

The purpose of obtaining the certificate is to present it to the U.S. Embassy as an official document proving that she has no criminal record during her stay in Georgia. The power of attorney has simplified the process, as the client is unable to personally apply to the relevant authorities. I collected and submitted all the necessary documentation to the competent agency in accordance with Georgian legislation.
