Steps to request our Service and get PCC
Typically, the client contacts us and specifies for which country they need the criminal record or conviction certificate, as well as the language in which they require the translation.
The client sends us a photo of their passport and informs us about the years or period they lived in Georgia, whether they are applying for a visa, or the specific purpose for which they need the criminal record certificate. Additionally, if their passport has been changed due to expiration or loss, they sometimes send a photo of their old passport as well.
The client immediately receives special information from us, provides their consent, and we begin the process, obtaining the document on their behalf.
We offer 2 working days Service (including Translation and Apostille on PCC certificate)
and also 7 working days Service of Preparing PCC (including certificate translation and apostille stamp)
As soon as the document is prepared by the authorized body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, the translation and apostille are also prepared. The client immediately receives a scanned version of the prepared document from us, as scanned versions are most commonly used by clients when filling out visa applications and uploading them to the respective platform (such as the embassy website). If necessary, we also send the physical original document to the client’s residential or work address via postal service, if such a request is made by the client.
